Hello and Welcome to the Alness Jog Scotland Group.

We Meet every Monday, whatever the weather, at Alness Academy, Swimming Pool.  We're normally hanging around the car park.

We're a mixed sex and ability group, but did start out as a Men Only group, under the auspices of  the Men's Health Forum Scotland.  However, due to a lack of male member's we've become a mixed group.    If you don't fancy running with a group yet, use the Contact tab and I'll try  to arrange a run out with you.


Whether you're a complete beginner, or an experienced runner, you're more than welcome.
