7. Intimation for Door Duty
It is now time to be thinking about a new Rota for door duty and welcoming the congregation to church on a Sunday morning. The main commitment required is that you have to be at church at 10.25, put lights on and water out, plus take down the collection.
Please do not let the offering prayer put you off as no one is expected to do this, there is always someone else to cover the prayer. It would be lovely to have some new people joining the welcoming team and if this is something you think you could do please speak to Phil or June.
We are also aware that people who are currently part of this team may feel that this is no longer something they can commit to, if this is the case please let June know and she will sort that for you. It would be very helpful if you could let us know by Sunday 15 June. Thank you
