A meeting was held in St. Mary's Church Hall on 30th January 2012. This was to discuss the concerns which leaseholders have over the plan to construct a footpath around the front perimeter of the development.

Along with several other issues raised about other matters which leaseholders were unahppy with, it was acknowledged by the Board that the footpath would not now be constructed.

It was also acknowledged that the guttering is the cause of wet patches on the exterior walls, and this should now be the focus of the Board's attention.

It was requested that the Board now seek quotations from Accredited Roofing contractors, and have these in readiness for the 2012 AGM, in order for an infoRmed decision to be made by all present at the AGM.
