maintenance and repairs

Our buildings (internal and external) are inspected each month by our Caretaker, and any faults picked up during the block inspections will be dealt with accordingly; recorded on a Block Inspection Sheet.  It is reasonable to assume however, that from time to time, in between the block inspections, that such issues as broken light bulbs (inside and outside), smoke alarm issues, door entry systems requiring attention, communal entry/exit doors requiring attention, etc etc will occur.  If you do happen to come across any such issue, please do report it to our agent, Nicholson's.  The Residents Group understanding is that after you report such faults, Nicholson's contact the Caretaker who will then contact the appropriate contractor depending on the nature of the fault. Nicholson's contact details are on your notice board.  However, please also let the Residents Group know if you encounter any difficulties in either getting the repair done, or difficulties in reporting such issues.
