the small printRockingham Court Residents Group (RCRG) is completely independent and presently unfunded. We would always recommend that residents utilise the correct reporting procedures for fault reporting; neighbour disputes; service charge queries; anti-social behaviour reporting; parking disputes etc etc. The first approach should always be to the managing agent, Nicholson's. Their details are to be found on your block notice board. If you do not receive the desired response, and in a timely manner, then we feel as a Residents Group, we may be able to offer assitance, advice and guidance to a more successful outcome. All advice is given with the best of intentions, and is based on 6 years experience on a steep learning curve. It has been gleaned from a collection of sources such as solicitors, ARMA, The LEASE Advisory Service, The Landlord Zone, and generally from experts in the field. The rule of thumb is generally to keep within the terms of the Lease (every apartment has a Lease which governs it). All Lease breaches are illegal, and the Management company (RCMC) has a legal duty to uphold all sections of the Lease to protect the development. RCRG would always insist that the Lease is upheld in every instance. | ![]() |
