Our Story

Having joined The Vikings in April 2005 Julian and Stacy were members of MarcherWolfsHead.  We began there and had a great time learning and progressing up to achieving Drengr status in the society.

We then decided it was time to go our own way and started Raudr Vagr at the end of 2007.  2008 was Raudr Vagr's first season and we achieved the Society Living History Award that year!  We now total 15 full members and hope that this will continue to grow over the coming years.

We aim for a real family feel with each new member being helped develop an identity and character that feeds into the group back story.  We welcome families, adults and teenagers and look to bring that real family and community feel to all our encampments.
