A Very Big Day On Monday

On Monday Lloyds Bank will be in court seeking to appoint KPMG as administrators for 20% of the Tchenguiz property portfolio, believed to relate to Mcarthy & Stone freeholds. This is as a result of defaults on interest payments on a £230m loan.

If the administration order is granted this will have consequences for leaseholders and for Peverel.

As soon as any of the campaigning sites have any news we will publish it as soon as possible.

Peverel Action believe that any move into administration, will ultimately be of benefit to leaseholders. It should also make it easier to remove Peverel as managing agents.
