Peverel For Sale?

Word is reaching Peverel Action that there is a very strong possibility that Peverel is being prepared for sale.

Sources close to management have indicated that a 12 month time span has been set. In order to achieve this, Peverel are trying to keep LVT actions to a minimum. They have decided not to oppose RTM's, provided the new RTM company agrees a one year contract to manage. They are also agreeing to refunds of insurance commissions, provided the agreements are kept discreet. They are hoping for a period of calm to assist the sale.
