“My Marathon was run on behalf of Tusk Trust & Painted Painted Dog Conservation UK. So far I've raised over 1600 pounds, and donations are still coming in which is fantastic!” The money raised, will benefit the UK charities supporting role with PDC Zimbabwe, enabling Zimbabwean children to attend ‘Bush Camp.’ 

“The marathon was a great experience! The vast crowds (especially on Tower Bridge) were awe inspiring and i have experienced nothing like it. The atmosphere on the day was reminiscent of carnival, with such a jovial atmosphere.

The first 13 miles was fantastic, and felt surprisingly easy; the second half not so much! The blisters speak for themselves! To be honest the finish line on the Mall was a welcome sight. I managed to finish in a time of 3 hours and 54 minutes which i was very pleased with. I’d like to thank all of those who donated and made it such an amazing day for me”
