Outreach, Education & Conservation in Action, PDC Zimbabwe - Tues 9th Oct.

At St, Michael’s Parish Centre St Albans - 8.00pm, Tuesday 9th October

Maria  Njamba (Painted Dog Conservation Zimbabwe) and Sandra Miles-Taylor (Chairman, Painted Dog Conservation UK)

Maria  will give a guided ‘virtual tour’ of the award-winning conservation and community centre in Hwange National park, Zimbabwe. You can learn about how this highly endangered unique species survives and Painted Dog Conservation supports education and outreach activities that create a holistic and flagship approach to conservation. Sandra will update you on how this UK registered charity supports this work.

There is also a great chance to buy unique  artwork from the Iganyama  Art Centre in Zimbabwe.

The Parish Centre is located at the Church Entrance opposite Verulamium Museum. Follow the brown tourist signs to Verulamium  and park in the cark park opposite.
