There were alot of scratched games in December, 16 in total, which gave me a bit of grief! I really don't want to get involved in organising other folk's games.

My advice is:- 1/ Don't leave it to the last minute to organise games especially if you are restricted to what dates you can play because of your work schedule or holidays. 2/ If someone texts you about a game have the decency to reply to them. 3/ If you don't get a reply to a text try an alternative method of contacting them (phoning/email/facebook/etc). 4/ If you have organised a game well ahead of the date, contact your opponent nearer the time of the game to check they are remembering about the fixture. 5/ It is the responsibility of both players to organise the games so don't wait for your opponent to make contact.

If people continue to scratch games and fail to turn up for games I will have no alternative but to remove them from the league.
