The new season is under way and there has already been matches played in both the Singles League and Parish Cup.

In League 3 the two Michael Muirs from Sanday got the season up and running and it was the elder Michael that gave young Michael a 9-5 whupping to keep the young pretender in his place!

In the Parish Cup South Ronaldsay and Firth wasted no time in getting it on and Firth, buoyed by new signing Robbie Stanger, claimed an impressive 13-5 victory to set up a tricky away tie against Westray.
