After three summers when our Japanese cherry trees (Prunus 'Amanogawa') along the verge between our house and driveway have been vandalised (branches broken, supporting stakes removed), we have decided to move them to a safer location inside the garden wall. Their replacements: these very prickly Rugosa roses!
