It is the responsibility of all who participate to look after their own safety, and
that of others. This includes wearing the appropriate clothing for the type of
walk and weather conditions. It is up to individuals to equip themselves with
basic survival kit. All walkers should carry a basic first aid kit. The Country
Code must be observed at all times. Individuals should be responsible for their
own accident cover. Walkers participate in walks at their own risk.
