After their debut performance at the Celtic Connections Danny Kyle Open Stage 2013, Neusa have already made their mark on the folk/trad scene and have appeared at the Glasgow St. Patrick's Day Festival 2013, the Kirkcaldy Acoustic Music Club, Folklub and the Celtic Fusion Festival 2013 in Ireland.
Neusa are all students of Strathclyde University: Samantha and Ali are Applied Music students; Mohsen studies Chemical Engineering and Siobhan is a student of Mathematics. Each player is from a different background and brings their own individual style and influence to Neusa, a combination which gives them a "neu" sound unlike anything you will have heard before!
