The Practice telephone system has been updated to a new system with more modern features and additional capacity.    This change is partly in response to a patient survey that showed that the ability of patients to get through to the practice on the phone was unsatisfactory when  statistically compared to the  Scottish practice average  figures.

We hope that you will be patient while  getting used to the new numbers and menu option system when you call us.
