Non-NHS Services

The Practice provides some services that are not funded by the NHS,  in other words private services that we charge a fee for.

Some examples of these include:

Medical examinations eg. HGV, Insurance medicals, pre-employment medicals

Completing medical forms eg. Holiday cancellation, occupational health forms

Providing a private medical report or letter eg. When requested by Money Matters for the purposes of benefits appeals or at a patient's request or letter to lawyers

Providing certificates related to health eg.  private sick note, confirmation of attendance at doctor appointment, University or College bursary sick note

Providing private prescriptions for certain travel medications and vaccinations

The current fees for these services are availible from reception.  Payment in advance of preparing any report or form is requested.
