Appointments
Consultations are by appointment only, we do not have drop in surgeries.
Surgeries and clinics run between 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday.
Please telephone the main practice number and and select from the menu to contact reception and make an appointment with the doctor, the nurses, or any of our clinics.
Reception can advise on the different types of appointments available. It is useful if you can give the receptionist an rough idea of what your problem is in order for us to find the most appropriate appointment for you, remember that our receptionists are bound by rules of confidentiality regarding anything you tell them.
There is a mix of book on the day appointments and appointments that can be booked one week in advance.
During periods of high demand, appointment requests to be seen the same day may be triaged by a doctor to determine the most appropriate way to deal with your problem.
Please limit the number of problems you wish to discuss during one consultation to one or two. Your Doctor may ask you to make a further appointment if time runs short to be fair to other waiting patients.
If you cannot keep an appointment then please telephone the surgery so that it may be offered to another patient instead.
