PREFERRED TRADES & COMPANIES

The LHPA use the following independent tradesmen/companies/individuals for work in the common areas.  (They are also willing to undertake private work for the LHPA's owners on their own properties, but this must be arranged separately from the LHPA.)
 

CLEANING: The Good Old Fashioned Housekeeping Company Ltd - Bernie Cusick - for all cleaning needs and can also be called for special/dirty cleans.  This company undertakes commercial and domestic cleaning.

ROOF REPAIRS:  Edinburgh Rope Access - Nicholas Erskine (Nick) - for any high level work, including repairs to stonework.

SECURITY:  Contact Security - Gary Reid - for any work on the door entry/buzzer system (the LHPA will pay for any repairs to faults in the common areas or to flat handsets if they are faulty, but owners must pay for any other damage caused to their individual flat handsets).

TV AERIAL:  Hi-Tech TV Services - David - for any issues with the common TV aerial system and any associated wiring.  He will also assist with individual TV concerns, but owners must pay him directly for work of that nature.
