We will ensure quality of care through staff training to increase knowledge and enhance skills.
We will ensure volunteers are made aware of our service delivery standards through training and supervision. All volunteers will be treated with respect for the free time they give to enhance our service.
We will respect family wishes where appropriate in the best interest of their relative and be available for advice when concerns need to be addressed.
We will encourage comments about our service from service users and families including complaints and will consider this information when reviewing aspects of the care provided.

We will put the care of the service user as a priority when their well being while at the centre will be of the utmost importance to the staff and committee members responsible for the running of the day centre.
