Hello. My name is Tracy Mackay and I am the centre manager.

The Laurandy Centre is for use of older people in our community of Wick and surrounding areas who require support during the day. You must have care needs to access this service.

The centre is registered with the Care Inspectorate and accomodates up to 24 persons daily.

The building is an original war time building at the airport in Wick. It is on one level with good access. Inside there are two lounges,dining room several toilets and two wet room areas. We also have a nice kitchen from where we serve teas and lunch.

A choice of lunch menu is available. Tea, coffee, juice are available all day and we also have a choice of healthy snacks.There is a daily charge of £4.40. 

You can spend your time joining in with a range of stimulating activities, or you can spend some time in our private quiet area.

Care support from trained social care staff including personal care such as shower support.

Advice and support with any concern.

Transport to pick you up and return you home with escort assistance.
