My winter cutting diet 11 January 2013 Currently i am on a winter preperation cut. This is consisting of a High Protein CARB FREE 2 week period Carb induceed 2 weeks, 30g of carbs a day followed by high protein Dave Palumb/ muscle build diet for 2 months.
