My winter cutting diet

Currently i am on a winter preperation cut.

This is consisting of a High Protein CARB FREE 2 week period

Carb induceed 2 weeks, 30g of carbs a day

followed by high protein Dave Palumb/ muscle build diet for 2 months.

 

So by March i should be in a very lean condition...photos to follow
