DIET PLANS
A diet plan should be exactly that, a plan, not something a friend from work or someone from the gym says work's or something they have tried. A diet should be done as a individual plan to the person about to start it, it should also be considered along with any medical needs, and possible the advice given from your GP. A diet is not always something for loosing weight, it can also be designed to gain weight, or to loose body fat, so for all these its clear a standard package will not and does not suit everyone. Some diets are completely wrong, and as such should not be undertaken before understanding what they will achieve or any harm they may cause. Simple diets are, carb deficient, to help loose general weight, some are high in protein, these help sustain manageable weight loss, and keep the body lean. Here are some good basics; low carb's Breakfast- Oats, scrambled egg Lunch - Chicken breast or Turkey. Tuna, Cod, any of these with Broccoli Evening - Like above can add other greens like spinach. Good Fats Almonds, omega 3 oils, oily fish, peanut butter, avacado Protein shakes Not just for the gym users, always good to increase protein in the body.
