Cold weather 12 February 2012
Dont let the cold get you down with your exercise.
If you can't get out for a run ect then do a home workout instead.
Kettlebells, or body weight exercises that raise your heart rate work a treat.
Don't reach out to food though, or you will be back to the start, and just remember Howard it was at the beginning.
You have a goal, stick with it, and come summer you will be looking good and feeling great.
