new years resolution 14 January 2012 Well we are well into January now, and i hope all is going well for those who made a new years resolution to train, get fit or loose weight. But i suspect some haven't, its hard and difficult to break and make changes, especially if you have kids, a busy lifestyle or just enjoy food. I know how hard it can be, but stick with the plan you made, hold tight in your mind the reasons you made that resolution. Just one more, or i can eat this because i have just run, or all those littly excuises your making. your making to yourself. If those around you are truly supporting you, then they will be pushing you too. If you need help, or you feel your lacking in any way, email me, and i will do my best to help.
