  Doing 200 crunches a day is not enough to give you a washboard stomach - you also need to eat the right foods that will burn through stubborn fat and promote lean, mean muscle growth.

Eggs

Lean Beef, Turkey, Chicken, Cod

Almonds

Beans, kidney, lima, fava and edamame rather than baked

Whole grain, not bread though, but rice and porridge 

Low fat dairy, skimmed milk.

Leafy green veg, broccoli, spinach, Kale.

This will help sustain any diet, whilst boosting both protein, carbs, good fats and fibre.
