NEWS LETTER  AUTUMN 2010
150th Anniversary 1860 → 2010
 The Club is organising a celebratory dinner in Kenmore Hotel on the 13th November 2010.
We would like to make contact with Kenmore curlers past and present who would like to join in our celebration. If you are interested please send details to the Secretary, details below. A formal invitation will be sent to those expressing an interest approximately 6 weeks before the event.
CLUB HISTORY
We are taking the opportunity of the Anniversary to gather together any available documents and photographs that have something to say about the Community, the Club, its members and the curling pond. This will, as it develops, add colour and substance to the History of our Club.
If you have anything that you care to share with us it would be greatly appreciated.
PRESENT
Kenmore Curling Club represents several small Communities in terms of population but is an active Club that is committed;
·        to ensuring the future of curling by encouraging an interest in the game by the youngest in the Community; as well as the more mature.
·        Repair and maintain the curling pond that is situated within Taymouth Castle Estate.
This commitment is an expense and resources are limited, so progress is slow. We would appreciate help be it financial, physical or advisory to ensure it progresses
Finally we are looking forward to a busy new season. If you are interested in joining a Curling Club or helping develop the game or upgrading a curling pond then please get in touch.
