SENIORS

Rules

1. There will be two sections comprising of 9 teams in each section.

2. Two points will be awarded for a win and one for a draw. Session times will apply.

3. At the end of the programme, there will be a play-off to decide the winner.

4. Substitutes can be used but they can only play for one team.

5. A team with only three players when the starting bell has gone must proceed with the Lead and Second playing three stones each and the Skip playing two stones. The defaulting team will concede one shot for every five minutes the team is short of a player up to a maximum of six shots. Penalty shots must be taken. The three players in the defaulting team are responsible for the four ice charges. The result of the game will stand. If the missing fourth player turns up, he may join his team at the discretion of the Skip or acting Skip.

6. SYSTEM OF PLAY - The Free Guard Zone rule will apply, as per R.C.C.C. rules, in all Dewars Centre's competitions.

IN ALL MATTERS PERTAINING TO RULES THE DECISION OF THE MANAGEMENT WILL BE FINAL
