Its not all beer & skittles tho on these events, the shear volume of people, often makes life thro the lens difficult. Another problem is you get mixed dress in the one shot, i.e present & period dress. Another idosyncrocy is the people spend hours getting the uniform/dresses absolutely authentic, then wear a digital camera around their necks!
