Creative Gallery 2
All the shots in this gallery have had some manipulation, in Adobe Photoshop CS2, to produce some creative pictures
Bolton AbbeyThis technique is what is known as 'Focus Shift' The camera is focused on the background & a shot taken. Then without moving the camera it is then refocussed on the foreground, & a second shot is taken. the 2 shots are then carefully manipulated together to produce an unreal 'depth Of Field' | Eileen Donan Castle in ScotlandThis shot was taken on a very wet day, conditions were far from good, with a bit of manipulation in CS, it was rescued, to produce a moody shot in B&W | | Falcon strikeThis was a Falcon as it took off from a perch. The woods were taken later in a seperate shot. The Falcon was cut out from its original background, & pasted into the woodland shot. The woodland had zoom blur added before the Falcon was pasted into it. It looks like, to possibly a small mammal, this would be the last image it would ever see!. | Harris HawkThis Hawk was photographed in a cage at a Falconry, it has had this manipulated in CS2 to look like a studio portrait. | | Misty LochPicture taken from a moving train, on a rainy day.The image was manipulated & a misty effect was then added. | | | Fantasy BalloonA composite picture made up of many images. | Railway montageA montage produced with a railway theme. | | Atlas fountain at Castle HowardThe Atlas fountain at Castle Howard. | Castle HowardUsing a 10mm superwide angle lens, on a Canon 10d a truly panoramic effect was produced | | Castle Howard montageA montage of 3 views of Castle Howard, were montaged into a 4th closeup shot of its brickwork. | The Humber BridgeThe Humber Bridge at sunset | | | | |
