KNC had a succesfull morning on Saturday, 25th March planting more clumps of snowdrops along the riverside in Nairn.

A large group of volunteers of all ages turned up at Firhall bridge, spades in hand on a beautiful sunny spring day.

KNC had already dug up & split the larger existing clumps, so each volunteer was given bags of snowdrops & they set off in two groups on either side of the river to fill in all the gaps between Firhall & Jubilee bridge.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their time & passers-by showed their appreciation & gave encouragement. By midday the mission was complete. So next year there should be a lovely show for all who use those paths.
