KNC organised a morning of splitting and replanting the clumps of snowdrops along the riverside recently.

A group of hardy volunteers helped to extend the drifts along both sides of the river from Jubilee Bridge to Firhall.

After a morning's hard work they had managed to get more than halfway there. Annie Stewart, Chair of KNC said "Eventually I hope we will have snowdrops all the way from the road bridge to Firhall. The snowdrops have put on a wonderful display this year and next year should be even better. We are grateful to all who helped.
