Fri - w/up – 18 x 80 secs at c 5.25/5.30, reducing recovery jog, start with 100sec and lose 5 secs per rep so you get just 15 secs after 17th rep – w/down - Complete; this was really annoying to calculate as trying to figure out current time + 80 seconds + (last rest time - 5) while running hard was kind of tricky.  But a good workout.  Split times eased up from 5:30ish to 6:18 (it was off road)
