All Joseph Cowen LLC company members are invited to attend.  

This year all Explore members are also invited to attend although only Joseph Cowen LLC members may vote.

Questions for the board of directors
Joseph Cowen and Explore members are asked to submit any questions to the board in advance of the meeting by e mailing us at josephcowencentre@gmail.com
with the subject line `Questions for directors'
or by submitting your question in writing to the Explore office.  Sealed envelopes will be provided for this purpose.  

Submitting questions in advance will enable us to consider your question and to access any information needed to give you a full answer.  The directors will also welcome questions from the floor on the day of the AGM.

Voting 
Company members may vote on any resolutions that may arise either in person or by proxy.  Details are contained in the Company Articles which are available here

Existing company members need not re-apply.

How to become a member
We always welcome new members who can play a role in ensuring the success of Explore and any other projects we undertake.  You can become a member of Joseph Cowen CIC by completing and returning an application form, which you can download here
