It's been really good having the dig on the croft. We've been working on getting down to the natural layer. It's been nice to see what comes next, as we dig down and down.
We've been digging here because one of our leaders used to walk on our croft before we moved here, and he noticed some banks running parallel to each other, so the YAC decided to investigate. It has been very interesting to see that there area actually only two dykes instead of four, as previously thought. It has been good to see what is between the banks, as well as what is in them.
