(Click on the date of a concert, to see full details of the programme)

Our season begins on 16th September with a piano recital by Perth-born Alasdair Beatson, featuring Beethoven's Sonata Op. 31 No. 3 and Schumann's "Abegg" variations (which he has just recorded) amongst other works.

On 14th October, the ever popular Kungsbacka Piano Trio return with a performance of Schubert's Opus 99 trio and the "Dumky" trio by Dvorak, all preceded by a Haydn trio.

The prestigious Fitzwilliam Quartet are joined by Moray Welsh on 9th November in Schubert's glorious cello quintet which follows Borodin's wonderful 2nd quartet.

Our final concert of 2009, on 11th December, is a return of the exciting and innovative Thistle Brass Quintet.

The New Year's opening concert by internationally acclaimed Scottish pianist Steven Osborne  and  his wife, clarinettist Jean Johnson , was to have taken place on 18th January. Unfortunately, Steven broke a finger and the concert has been rescheduled to 23rd March to allow the injury to heal.

On 16th February, the popular Carducci String Quartet make their third visit here; their concert programme includes Dvorak's "American" quartet.

Having completed a 40-concert tour of Belgium, Holland and Germany, the brilliant Katona Twins visit Inverness on 16th March.

On 14th April, we offer the piano to Frederic Bager, winner of the 2009 Moray Piano Competition

The season ends on 12th May in light-hearted fashion, with a vocal concert by the Diamond Divas.
