Sunday 10th May turned out to be a fantastic day for weather after a previous week of gales.

With all the gear, we all striped down to T shirts and should have taken sun cream.

The day was slow , but as it warmed up, fish began to move and 3 fish were caught.                

Nothing was large and of the 3 fish caught, 2.5-3 Lb was of the largest.

The best result was catching a fish on the fly, it is still one of the best ways even if the fish is not big.

For the new members that fished the day was a good start- and no MIDGES!!!!!.
