Packaging

The packaging is simple, eco-friendly and economic.  Your tie comes neatly rolled and tucked into a tin with a transparent lid.  (Please note: roll from the narrow end, keep the facing surface level - the piece of tissue paper in the tin helps to create the neat finish.)  It's a useful way to keep your HerwickyTIE in order at home.

The tin is, of course, labelled - the same image as in the top bar above.  There is also a label on the bottom, giving the website reference and a bit of friendly chat.

Each tie also has its own temporary, removable label giving its identity and a brief character description, plus a comment about the yarn.  (Tied on with a tempting strand of a contrasting colour!)

We think the whole package looks rather nice, and is likely* to come in a small paper carrier bag to protect the labels from scuffing:
