Westgate housing development

Planning for 45 houses on land behind Eastgate and Westgate has been approved. This area is a combination of brown field and green belt land and forms the habitat for a wide variety of species such as deer, foxes, badgers and bats as it forms an overspill for the Healey Dell nature reserve.
