Fortrose Union lifted the Munro U21 Cup last night after they thrashed Culbokie 4-1 in a thrilling final. Callum MacIver was the star of the show with two spectacular goals and a polished all round display. An Iain MacKay (pictured) penalty and a goal from Kevin Keith rounded of the scoring for a rampant Fortrose side after Culbokie had made it 1-1 early in the second half. Special mention needs to be made of young Paul Urquhart at the back and of Goalkeeper Michael Kerr. Urquhart was outstanding in defence and Kerr played the whole match despite suffering a dislocated finger early on. Well done to the young lads who've shown the older players what can be achieved with a bit of energy and desire.
