Fortrose continued their good run of form last night when they beat Culbokie 4-2 away from home in the Munro Cup semi final. Mid Lairg Utd thumped Avoch 3-1 in the other semi to set up an exciting final. Fortrose always looked the more likely to score despite the home sides' good possession. Simon Etheridge and Davy MacIver linked well up front and Jake Cooper had another strong game at the back. Etheridge with two, Callum MacIver and Kenneth Whyte (Pictured) were the scorers after Culbokie fought back from two down. The Union now go into the Amateur Cup semi final on a high and will look to make in three finals to end the season if they can beat Lochs on saturday.
