15 carp reported to lodge,  but more were caught over the week.  Anglers are not always giving a list of carp caught,  and too often I find catches are on Facebook rather than a list handed to the lodge. 

The Facebook catches added are not always seen by myself as I do not always have the time to search to find them. I am far too busy and would rather do more constructive work at the fishery than use Facebook. 

Anglers that do find the time to email pics to me I thank or hand reports to the lodge I appreciate,  but I can't guarantee a mention on here or in Carp talk magazine. 

I tend to add the stand out catches and Carp talk is edited by the Editor of the magazine and not me. 

This week Stu Cooper had a 24-13 common and his young lad Cosmo had a leather 17-12

Dan Dore had fish of 16-9, 22-10 and 20-12 from the old trout bank. 

A spare cradle is available to rent from lodge at £3 per session. 

 

Anglers will be turned away without adequate kit,  padded large mats or cradles.  A minimum 36" landing net is needed as minimum. Checks will be made.
