Black buzzers,  small damsels,  and green nymphs working well.  Fish to 3lb frequently caught.  

Go deep if really bright conditions. Most anglers having limits and a good average since winter catch and release has stopped. 

Expect some dry fly action with CDC,  and brown sedges
