Still very slow at the moment.  

Batman fished his usual swim by the lodge at the weekend and had a 17-5 mirror to end a run of blanks. 

Rich Bland had a 24-8 mirror followed by mirrors of 16-0 and 17-0 from the big point. 

The carp insist on staying over the deep water and have been hard to tempt,  so a careful baiting and casting approach required.  The fish don't want large patches of bait.
