A little better this week 11 rods caught 14 fish a rod av of 1.27 M Spilsby had 3 around 2lb all on corixa. There is still a lot of trout just cruising around and not feeding at all. As with last week we need to reduce stock levels in the lake to reduce transfer of lice from fish to fish. There will be no catch and release allowed till further Notice. Obviously returning stressed fish in hot water margins means the fish wont recover anyway, so are best taken. Once the cooler months come and the fish lice are under control we will then restock.
