The trout fishing is very tough going, plenty of fish showing, but only feeding for a few minutes, and then back down deep. Odd fish taking dry sedges, many taking small buzzer or diapna, it's just seems really difficult to see what these fish want. Rod av just 0.86 per rod. Evening fishing doesn't seem to produce any better, best time is early morning. Fresh water from the river going in regular, so should help.
