Lots of buzzers hatching off now, loads of alders being blown onto the lake. Slower retrieve still key and smaller patterns. Lots of tentative takes indicating trout hunting smaller food items. Seem to have gone off damsels, but sparkly PTN and bloodworm with short marabou tail working. Dave Fowler had 4 up to 3.75 lbs on yellow dancer. Allen Payne had 5 rainbows on black and green buzzers up to 3.5lbs and Steve Earp bagged up 8 fish on two tickets on orange hot head PTN all around 2lb each. Best fish improving fly angler Chris Hales who fished with his daughter and landed a 4lb rainbow on PTN Many comments indicating great sport.
