Week ending 10 February 2013

Not many anglers out last week, with the rough weather, but those that ventured out were rewarded well.

7 rods caught 30 fish a 4.28 average.

John Dobson had 3 fish for 6lb on cats whisker.

Pete Luckin had 4 from 1.5lb to 2.5lbs on damsel nymph.

Slow and deep fished flies best.

Another stocking of 200 rainbows due next week with plenty in the 2.5lb range due in from Bibury.

Not many carp out this week Lee Roberts had a 17lb common and 15.8 lb mirror on the specimen lake.
