Runs Water

The new runs water is around six acres and is what was once part of the trout lake. Average depth 6' and around 12 pegs with 6 of these double pegs. The lake was stocked with over 500 carp up to 24lb and average around 8-12lb. There are also catfish to 30lb+ bream to 9lb and good roach and perch. Also present is a head of double figure pike.

The carp respond well to spodded beds of pellets ,hemp,maize, corn, and boilies.

Please note an unhooking mat must be used, night fishing permitted for non members by appointment only (please call the lodge to book) charged at £20.00/24hrs
