By purchasing a repair service, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Fob/remote repairs will be carried out by mail order only. We do not have facilities to carry out while-you-wait repairs.

We aim to carry out all repairs within 1 working day of arrival. This is NOT a guaranteed timescale, and may be dependant upon current work commitments.

All repaired fobs will be returned by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery, or Royal Mail Special Delivery, if this has previously been arranged with us.

Where a fob is deemed 'unrepairable', we will return the fob to the customer, and give a refund of the purchase price MINUS the cost of returning the fob using Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery.

A fob repair will NOT be successful if the fob was not originally programmed to work with your vehicle. In this situation, it would normally be necessary to have the replacement fob programmed to your vehicle. This can be done by the manufacturer/main dealer,  or a good auto locksmith. We will not be responsible for the cost of having this done.

All repairs will carry a 6 month warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. This will begin on the day of repair. The warranty does not cover batteries. The warranty will not cover faults caused by anything we advise the customer to do / not do AT THE TIME OF REPAIR. Eg. If we advise you to replace a fob case, and you choose not to follow this advice.

Instructions for re-pairing or re-synchronising fobs to cars are available on the relevant section of this website. These instructions are provided as is, and do not carry a warranty of any kind. If you follow the reprogramming instructions exactly,  you should have no problems.

Any information you provide to us will be used only to provide the purchased service, and to provide the warranty.  Your details will not be used for any other purpose. It will not be shared with,  or sold to anyone else.

We aim to respond to emails on the same day they are received.

We will NOT be responsible for any costs or charges due to insufficient postage being paid when fobs are sent to us. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that they pay sufficient postage. In the event that We get notification from Royal Mail that an item has insufficient postage paid, we will request that it be returned to the sender.
